Biography
Adam Donnelly covers health and science for Fine Times Canada, writing about the healthcare system, medical research, public health policy, and environmental science. His pandemic reporting built him a loyal readership, and he continues to cover the long-term effects of COVID-19 on Canadian healthcare capacity.
Adam spent six years at the Halifax Chronicle Herald, starting as a general assignment reporter before shifting to the health beat. His coverage of Nova Scotia's emergency room closures and physician recruitment crisis drew national attention and contributed to a provincial task force. Adam grew up in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, the son of a family doctor.
