Bitcoin Cash deposits taking 6+ hours at Cloudbet since yesterday - network congestion or site processing issue?

Started a BCH deposit to Cloudbet yesterday around 2 PM EST -

40 CAD worth at 0.00134 BCH. Transaction confirmed on the blockchain in 8 minutes but still showing as "pending" on Cloudbet 18 hours later. Their support said "network delays" but I checked blockchair and the transaction has 47 confirmations.

Tried another deposit this morning for

50 CAD and same thing - blockchain confirmed in 12 minutes, Cloudbet still processing 6+ hours later. Anyone else seeing BCH delays there specifically? My Litecoin deposit last week cleared in 22 minutes so it's not a general crypto issue.

Update: Just checked and both deposits finally credited around 11 AM this morning, so roughly 21 hours total processing time from blockchain confirmation to account credit.

Cloudbet's been having BCH issues for weeks. Their "network delays" excuse is garbage when the blockchain shows confirmed transactions. I switched to USDT-TRC20 there and deposits clear in under 30 minutes. BCH network itself is fine - processed a deposit at mBit yesterday in 18 minutes from confirmation to credit.

Had the exact same problem with Cloudbet last Friday. Sent 0.0087 BCH (about $580 CAD) and it sat in their system for 14 hours after blockchain confirmation. What really annoyed me was missing out on a Sweet Bonanza session I'd planned - by the time the deposit cleared, my betting window was shot.

Ended up moving my BCH action to Vave for the weekend. Their BCH processing is consistently under 45 minutes from confirmation to playable balance. Made back the $580 plus another

40 on Pragmatic slots, so the delay actually worked out, but still frustrating when you're ready to play and funds are stuck in limbo.

Cloudbet's other cryptos seem fine though - used ETH there Tuesday and it cleared in normal time.

This is why I stick to Bitcoin or Ethereum for larger deposits. BCH has been flaky at several sites lately, not just Cloudbet. The network upgraded their difficulty adjustment algorithm in November and some casino processors haven't updated their confirmation thresholds properly.

Cloudbet probably still requiring 12+ confirmations for BCH when 6 should be plenty. Most other sites adjusted months ago. If you're set on using BCH there, try smaller test deposits first to see if processing time correlates with amount size.

Checked my records and Cloudbet BCH deposits averaged 4.2 hours processing time over the past month versus 28 minutes for BTC and 31 minutes for LTC. That's definitely a site-specific issue, not network congestion. Their processor likely has outdated confirmation requirements or manual review triggers for BCH amounts over

Specific question on MyStake's withdrawal process. After requesting a withdrawal, they send a confirmation email that you must click to authorize the cashout — this is a security step that's not common across most operators, MyStake is one of the few that does it. Mine arrived 3 hours and 11 minutes after I requested the withdrawal.

Is the 3-hour email delay typical? Looking at MyStake forum threads elsewhere, some folks say the email arrives within 5 minutes, some say 6+ hours. I'm wondering if the delay correlates with deposit size, account age, or just operational load.

Practical effect: my withdrawal didn't actually start processing until I clicked the link 3 hours later. Total time from request to BTC arrival was 4 hours 22 minutes, of which 3 hours was the email wait.

Been using BCH at Cloudbet for months without major issues until this week. Three deposits since Sunday -

80, and $450 CAD equivalent - all took 8-12 hours to credit after blockchain confirmation. Their live chat keeps saying "technical maintenance" but won't give a timeline for fixes.

Might be time to diversify crypto deposits across multiple sites instead of putting everything through one platform. The delays are killing momentum when you want to jump on a hot streak or chase a bonus deadline.

Same boat here. BCH deposit from Tuesday night still pending at Cloudbet - shows confirmed on explorer but account balance unchanged. Contacted support twice and got different answers each time. First rep said 24-48 hours, second said "escalated to technical team" with no ETA. Pretty frustrating when you're trying to hit a time-sensitive promo.
