Live dealer tipping — Canadian cultural question

Cultural curiosity. The 'tip the dealer' button exists on most Evolution live tables. In retail Vegas this is expected. In online live dealer it's optional. Canadians I've talked to are mostly 'never tip' — feels like the operator's job to compensate.

What's the forum's pattern? Tip on big wins? Never? Sometimes?

Never. The dealer is salaried and the tip goes mostly to operator dealer pool. Not personal compensation in the way retail tipping is.

Sometimes after a big win. Mostly because the dealer was actually engaging during a long session. Personal preference.

Same on this side — I never tip on Evolution tables hosted via Cloudbet or Wild.io. Felt weird at first; doesn't anymore.
