Hit a decent run on Lightning Roulette Thursday night and requested a

,840 CAD withdrawal at Mirax Casino. Everything seemed standard - uploaded my ID, bank statement, and selfie within an hour of the request.

Here's where it gets frustrating: their verification team apparently doesn't work weekends. It's now Monday afternoon and I'm at 96 hours waiting. The live chat keeps saying "verification department will review Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST" but won't give me a timeline.

Has anyone else dealt with Mirax's weekend verification blackout? Is this normal for crypto-friendly sites or should I be concerned? The withdrawal amount isn't huge but the timing feels excessive when most other places I've used process 24/7.

That's exactly why I avoid sites with banker hours for verification. Mirax's terms actually state "2-5 business days" for KYC review, so technically they're still within policy. But 96+ hours over a weekend is ridiculous in 2024.

I've had better luck with Skycrown - their verification runs 24/7 and I got approved in 18 hours on a Saturday last month. Weekend gambling shouldn't mean weekend withdrawal delays.

I actually went through this exact situation with Mirax back in February. Hit a massive Lightning Baccarat streak - started with

Specific question on MyStake's withdrawal process. After requesting a withdrawal, they send a confirmation email that you must click to authorize the cashout — this is a security step that's not common across most operators, MyStake is one of the few that does it. Mine arrived 3 hours and 11 minutes after I requested the withdrawal.

Is the 3-hour email delay typical? Looking at MyStake forum threads elsewhere, some folks say the email arrives within 5 minutes, some say 6+ hours. I'm wondering if the delay correlates with deposit size, account age, or just operational load.

Practical effect: my withdrawal didn't actually start processing until I clicked the link 3 hours later. Total time from request to BTC arrival was 4 hours 22 minutes, of which 3 hours was the email wait.

00, caught lightning on a banker 8 that paid 8:1, then rode the momentum to
,400. Requested withdrawal Friday evening around 11pm.

The weekend wait was brutal. Checked my account probably 50 times over Saturday and Sunday. Finally got the approval email Tuesday morning at 9:47am - so basically 4 full days. The payout itself hit my Interac e-transfer within 3 hours after approval though.

Frustrating process but they did pay out the full amount. Just plan around their M-F schedule if you're going to play there regularly. I've started timing my bigger sessions for early in the week now.

The weekend verification gap is actually more common than you'd think. I've tracked verification times across 12 different sites over the past 6 months. Mirax averages 3.2 business days, but that jumps to 4.8 days when weekends are involved.

Compare that to sites like MyStake which run continuous verification - I've logged 14 weekend approvals there with an average of 31 hours. The difference is having dedicated weekend staff versus skeleton crews.

Your

,840 should clear by Wednesday latest based on their historical patterns. Not ideal, but predictable.

96 hours is pushing it but still within their stated timeframe. The real issue is transparency - they should display verification hours prominently instead of burying it in live chat responses.

At least you're winning something to withdraw. I've been tracking my Mirax sessions since January - down

,200 CAD across 47 sessions. Their Lightning Roulette seems tight compared to other providers, but that's probably just my terrible luck.

Still, the verification delays are annoying even for deposits sometimes. Had to wait 2 days to get my account fully verified before I could make my first crypto deposit. Should be instant in 2024.

That's one advantage of our local casinos here in New Brunswick - cash out at the cage and you're done. No verification delays, no weekend blackouts. Hit $900 on slots at Casino New Brunswick last weekend and walked out with bills in my pocket.

Online convenience is great until you hit these bureaucratic walls. Hope your payout comes through Tuesday morning.
