Been grinding NetEnt's Live French Roulette for the past month and noticed something odd with how dealers handle En Prison bets when zero hits. Table 3 dealer consistently calls "En Prison" and marks the chips properly, but Table 7 dealer just says "zero" and leaves even-money bets sitting there without the announcement.

Hit zero 4 times yesterday on red/black bets - Table 3 dealer walked me through the En Prison rule each time, but Table 7 dealer acted like the chips were just regular losing bets until I spoke up in chat. Both tables show the same 98.65% RTP for French rules, so the En Prison should apply equally.

Anyone else seeing inconsistent dealer training on this? The rule makes a 0.65% RTP difference compared to European roulette, so it's not trivial. Wondering if this is a NetEnt training issue or if some tables are running different rule sets despite the same game label.

This is actually a significant variance in dealer protocol. En Prison rule should be automatic on all even-money outside bets (red/black, odd/even, high/low) when zero hits - no player intervention required. The dealer marking and announcing "En Prison" is the correct procedure.

I've tracked this across multiple sessions and found Table 3 applies En Prison correctly 100% of the time, while Tables 5 and 7 require player chat intervention roughly 30% of the time. The mathematical impact is substantial - proper En Prison application gives you a 1.35% house edge vs 2.70% without it.

NetEnt's Live French Roulette at Bitstarz has been the most consistent in my experience - their dealers announce En Prison every single time and mark the imprisoned bets with the plastic markers. Never had to remind them once across 200+ zero hits I've logged.

Hold up - are you sure both tables are actually running French roulette rules? I've seen sites label games as "French" but run European house edge. Check the paytable in-game.

Real French roulette should show 1.35% house edge on even-money bets, not 2.70%. If Table 7 isn't announcing En Prison, they might be running European rules under a French label.

Sorry for the basic question, but what exactly happens with En Prison? I've been playing European roulette and when zero hits, I just lose my red/black bets. Is French roulette different?

Also, should I be looking for specific table numbers or just any French roulette game? Don't want to accidentally play the wrong variant if the rules actually matter this much.

Had this exact issue last week! Was playing red/black at what I thought was French roulette, zero came up, and my $50 bet just vanished. Dealer said nothing. I assumed that was normal until I switched tables and the new dealer announced "En Prison" and put a marker on my chips.

Turns out the first table was mislabeled - showed French in the lobby but was actually European rules. Lost

Specific question on MyStake's withdrawal process. After requesting a withdrawal, they send a confirmation email that you must click to authorize the cashout — this is a security step that's not common across most operators, MyStake is one of the few that does it. Mine arrived 3 hours and 11 minutes after I requested the withdrawal.

Is the 3-hour email delay typical? Looking at MyStake forum threads elsewhere, some folks say the email arrives within 5 minutes, some say 6+ hours. I'm wondering if the delay correlates with deposit size, account age, or just operational load.

Practical effect: my withdrawal didn't actually start processing until I clicked the link 3 hours later. Total time from request to BTC arrival was 4 hours 22 minutes, of which 3 hours was the email wait.

00 that night thinking I was getting the better house edge. Now I always test with a small even-money bet first and watch what happens when zero hits.

Been having better luck at MyStake lately - their French tables actually announce the rule properly and their dealers seem better trained on the difference between variants.

Table 7 dealer is either lazy or undertrained. En Prison isn't optional - it's literally the defining rule that separates French from European roulette.

I stick to tables with experienced dealers who don't need reminders. Nothing worse than having to explain house rules to the person running the game.

NetEnt's dealer training has been inconsistent lately. I've noticed similar issues with their Live Blackjack dealers not knowing when to offer insurance or how to handle soft 17 variations. Some dealers are sharp, others seem like they learned the rules yesterday.

The En Prison rule should be second nature for any French roulette dealer. When zero hits on even-money bets, chips get marked "imprisoned" and stay for the next spin. If you win that next spin, you get your original bet back (no winnings). If you lose, the house takes it.

Honestly, this kind of dealer inconsistency is why I've been moving away from NetEnt tables. Their software is solid but the human element is getting sloppy.
