Hey everyone, just joined the forum after lurking for a few weeks. I'm based in Regina and started playing online about 2 months ago.

Had a weird experience this past weekend - made a

50 Interac e-Transfer deposit to Rabona on Friday afternoon and it didn't show up until Monday evening. That's 72 hours for what's supposed to be instant. The exact same bank account processed deposits to two other sites in under 10 minutes the same day.

Rabona support kept saying "processing delays with Canadian banking partners" but wouldn't give specifics. Anyone else seeing slow Interac times there lately? Wondering if this is a new normal or just bad luck on my end.

Also, quick intro question - do most of you stick to one site or spread around? Still figuring out the best approach as a newer player.

72 hours for Interac? That's not a banking delay, that's a liquidity issue. When sites start holding deposits that long, they're usually juggling cash flow. I'd be asking for proof that they actually sent the deposit request to their processor on Friday, not Monday morning.

Welcome to the forum! I track deposit times across Canadian sites and Rabona has been inconsistent since early December. Their Interac processor switched from Nuvei to some white-label outfit, and processing windows went from 5-15 minutes to anywhere from 2-48 hours.

For comparison, Kinbet still runs sub-10 minute Interac through their original Moneris setup. I've logged 47 deposits there since November with an average of 6.3 minutes. If you want reliability, that's where the consistency is right now.

As for spreading around - most experienced players keep 3-4 active accounts to avoid being dependent on one site's payment quirks.

Wait, is 72 hours even legal for Interac? I thought the whole point was instant transfers. Should I be worried about my pending deposit at another site that's been sitting for 6 hours?

Also, do you need to verify your account before making deposits, or can you deposit first and verify later? Still learning the ropes here.

Been through this exact scenario multiple times. Last month I had a

Specific question on MyStake's withdrawal process. After requesting a withdrawal, they send a confirmation email that you must click to authorize the cashout — this is a security step that's not common across most operators, MyStake is one of the few that does it. Mine arrived 3 hours and 11 minutes after I requested the withdrawal.

Is the 3-hour email delay typical? Looking at MyStake forum threads elsewhere, some folks say the email arrives within 5 minutes, some say 6+ hours. I'm wondering if the delay correlates with deposit size, account age, or just operational load.

Practical effect: my withdrawal didn't actually start processing until I clicked the link 3 hours later. Total time from request to BTC arrival was 4 hours 22 minutes, of which 3 hours was the email wait.

00 deposit to Rabona sit for 38 hours while my girlfriend's $50 deposit to the same site cleared in 12 minutes - same bank, same day, same payment method. Their support gave me the runaround about "random security screening" but couldn't explain why smaller amounts process faster.

Here's what I learned: Rabona batches larger deposits (over

00) differently than smaller ones. They hold them in a queue and process them manually during business hours, while sub-
00 deposits go through automated approval. It's not a banking issue - it's their internal risk management creating artificial delays.

I ended up moving most of my action to Jokersino after that experience. Their Interac system processes everything under 15 minutes regardless of amount, and I've tested it with deposits ranging from

5 to $400. Much more predictable if you're planning weekend sessions.

For spreading around - I keep active balances at 3 sites max. More than that and you lose track of bonus terms and wagering requirements.

Stop making excuses for sites with garbage payment processing. If Interac takes more than 30 minutes, withdraw your money and find a site that actually works. You're not doing them a favor by waiting around.

Rabona's been declining since they changed ownership in October. Their poker room software is buggy, their slots have lower RTPs than advertised, and now their payment system is broken. Find better options.

This is exactly why I switched to crypto deposits 6 months ago. Bitcoin Cash hits my account in 15-20 minutes every single time, no weekend delays, no "banking partner issues", no manual review queues. The learning curve is worth it once you realize how unreliable Interac has become.

Set up a Coinbase account, buy BCH, send to your casino wallet. Takes maybe 3 extra steps but eliminates all this deposit drama. Most sites give you better bonuses for crypto anyway.
