Wild.io Interac vs BTC — which actually clears first for Canadian players?

Ran a clean A/B test this past week between Interac e-Transfer and BTC withdrawals on Wild.io. Same account, fully verified, identical withdrawal amounts ($400 CAD equivalent), submitted within 11 minutes of each other on a Thursday evening.

Result: BTC arrived in 7 minutes (on-chain confirmation included). Interac arrived in 2 hours 14 minutes. Both successful, both fully clean, no friction. Wild.io processed both quickly internally — the difference is in the rails. BTC goes directly to my wallet on broadcast. Interac goes through their CAD payment partner who batches transfers.

For Canadian players the practical tradeoff: BTC is faster on this operator but you pay a network fee (~$0.50 USD on a small withdrawal, larger on bigger sums) and you have to manage your own crypto wallet. Interac is slower but goes directly to your bank account with no intermediate steps. For a $400 withdrawal the speed difference is real (about 2 hours) but probably not life-changing.

Confirming pattern. My Wild.io data from March: average BTC withdrawal time across 8 transactions was 11 minutes (median 8 min, max 34 min). Average Interac across 5 transactions was 2 hours 42 minutes (range 1h 15m to 5h 20m).

The Interac variance is the bigger story for me — BTC times are consistent, Interac times depend on what day/hour you submit. Friday evening Interac submissions are SLOW (likely batch sizing or staffing).

Worth noting: Wild.io's Interac speed is actually faster than several Canadian-facing operators. Cloudbet averages 4-6 hours for Interac. MyStake is comparable to Wild.io at ~3 hours.

If Interac speed matters to you, the operator choice matters more than the method choice. Some operators have premium Interac partners (faster), some don't.
